Meet Our Team
Welcome to Vancouver Pediatric Dentistry. We are family…first. Committed to family and smiles! Dr. Pete Lubisich started the practice in 1978. Sons Peter and Joe joined what has become the “family business” and the rest is history. Community and giving back are important values for the Lubisich family. It’s a thread that runs through the family and dental practice. We talk about the fact that smiles last a lifetime. We believe that but it is about so much more. It is about your child living a confident life with a great smile. It’s the first impression, forever!

When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her out backpacking and soaking up the outdoors. At home, she’s a proud mom to two amazing teenagers who keep life lively, unpredictable, and full of fun. Surrounded by love and laughter both at work and at home, she feels grateful every day to be a part of a team she believes is second to none.

She enjoys dancing, hiking, snowboarding, singing, playing instruments, and spending time with the friends and family God has given her.

Vicki Cropper
Since 1987
I have been lucky enough to have worked at the pediatric practice for 40 years, surrounded by a fun, supportive environment and truly wonderful doctors. Caring for children and helping them feel comfortable at the dentist has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.
Outside the office, I’m a proud “Gammie” to three beautiful grandchildren who are the light of my life. My husband and I also share our home with two very spoiled Australian Cattle Dogs, a true “Bluey and Bingo”, who keep us on our toes.
As we look ahead, we’re excited to embrace new adventures—traveling in our fifth wheel, spending time outdoors, and staying active through mountain biking, hiking, and exploring wherever the road takes us.
Kayleigh Hooper

Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys staying active and making the most of her free time. You’ll often find her working out, traveling to new places, or spending time outdoors surfing and golfing. She also cherishes the life she shares with her significant other and their two children.

Trisha Simcox
Since 2000
With over 25 years of experience as a dental hygienist at our practice, I feel incredibly lucky to have been able to work in an environment of laughter and fun. Truly, working with children has been such a blessing and brings such a spark to my days. I’m passionate about giving children a great experience at the dentist and helping them build a lifetime of positive dental habits.
Outside the office, I enjoy giving back to the community by volunteering on the Clark College advisory board committee, supporting the growth of dental hygiene in our area. I’m also a proud grandma to a fun and energetic granddaughter who keeps life joyful and full of laughter.
In my free time, my husband and I love boating, traveling, and spending time with friends—making the most of every opportunity to connect, explore, and enjoy life together.
